All registering organizations
must be recognized non-profit groups or be able to provide
proof of non-profit status. In addition, the following
information will be required:
Organizatons name,
address, and the name of the responsible person/spoke
person for the group (i.e. teacher, principle, youth
group leader, etc.). The leader/spokes person must be
of legal age. Donations will be paid by check and made
out to the organization name. Checks will be mailed within
4 weeks after October 31, 2009.
All organizations
participating in the Exit 13 Haunted House fundraiser
program must register in advance with Exit 13 Haunted
House to receive their funds.
Oranizations must be registered with Exit 13 BEFORE distributing
flyers.
